Wishing on the stars above
Praying for a chance
Whispering for the one I love
Open for a second chance

Open to a call from a friend
Silent in my work
Moments seem to never end
Feeling like a second hand clerk

Feeling lonely on a beautiful night
Praying for my sins
Saying sorry every day
Praying my love may let me in

Praying for my friends trust
Weeping for my losses
Rushing tears in a second gust
Giving in to lost tosses

Giving all I can to prove my lonely worth
Taking the punches and judgements of others
Their is so much I have learned since birth
Hoping the pain wont drench me in the dark that smuthers

I wrote this for the ones I care for
The ones given from above
They live on never knowing I truly adore
